Lymphoma is the cancer of lymphoid organs. They are divided into Hodgkin’s with a predictable course and outcome and Non-Hodgkin’s, a conglomerate of malignancy with variable course and unpredictable prognosis. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma can start from any lymph node in body even from bone marrow, liver and spleen. The cause is not known for all the subtypes. Primary or secondary immunosupression, virus, medical treatment1 have been implicated in some subtypes. CD marker in immuno-histochemistry helps in sub-classification. A case of non-Hodgkins lymphoma of spleen in a 16 year-old Bengali girl is reported.
